My birth name is Geoff. Most call me Sully with a few who call me Viper.  I believe wholeheartedly you have what it takes to achieve what you want, whatever that may be. I will never be the one to make you think it's going to be easy, but I will surely be there with you through every step and encourage you along the way.

You are the one in control to live well, feel well and be well. I refuse to utter the rhetoric we have all been fed that you can't feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am here to expose the tools you already possess and show you how to put them into your daily practices so you may take charge of your life, crush your goals, and exceed your expectations. 

I am an entrepreneur, strength coach, restorative specialist and possess a one-of-a-kind lens combined with the dedication to helping you find YOUR WHY. Every Human is so uniquely amazing yet far too many have never been told that. Too few have been reassured in their own lives and that what they see in themselves as faults are the very nuances that make them phucking special! 

As the Owner and operator of Continuum Performance Center I live into our motto, ‘ Don’t talk about it, Be about it.’  I will always hold space for those willing to do the work. I won't use five words when two will do. I will always be here to remind you of YOUR WHY and call you out on your own BS.
