6 Night l’Oulivié Harmony Retreat at the Mas de l’Oulivié in Les Baux-de-Provence of Southern France, a village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
In the heart of the regional natural Park of the Alpilles, les Baux de Provence is a site full of history. Perched on a rocky spur and dominated by a vast fortress in ruins, it possesses an incredibly rich architectural heritage with 22 historical monuments.
While we will fill the days with a carefully crafted agenda, you are welcome to set off and explore with your own itinerary at any time.
Nestled in the midst of an olive grove, le Mas is a stunning landscape with its Mediterranean scents perfectly blends into this beautiful scenery. Room Assignments:
Rooms will be confirmed upon registration.
Please note the name(s) of anyone you would like to share your room with. All parties must complete the registration process.
If you do not allocate anyone you would like to room with empty beds will be filled with incoming registration. We will work together to assure optimal accommodations.
Payment:
A non-refundable down payment of $500 is due at time of booking to reserve your spot on this adventure.
The remainder of the payment will be due 3 months prior to the start date of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
All Hyouman Experience events are non refundable and non transferable.
The Hyouman Experience plans to lead all adventures rain or shine. We find the elements of mother nature make for the best memories.
However, if for unseen circumstances The Hyouman Experience needs to cancel the trip all payments will be refunded.
If The Hyouman Experience needs to postpone the trip and the new date is not accommodating, all payments will be refunded with the exception of of $150.

Airports to fly into:
Paris, France: CDG + Avignon TGV train from CDG airport (2:50hours from resort by train) note: shuttle from train station to resort included
Marsielle, France: MRS (50 min from resort) note: This will require additional cost for shuttle from airport to the resort.
Travel Agenda:
Arrive to Paris by 10am CET on September 30th, 2024. You may choose to arrive early to enjoy the city. Below is our group train itinerary to be part of the complimentary shuttle service from the train station to the resort

You are welcome to book travel outside of these parameters, but please note extra investment will be required for shuttle to and from the resort.
We always plan for the best and we always plan smart. We highly recommend covering your event with trip insurance. The Hyouman Experience does not provide travel insurance.

For International travel, Allianz Travel has customizable plans for travel disruptions, medical emergencies and even offers upgrades for a required to work disruption.
